Grapevine


  • Start Position:
    • Face front of room.
  • Description:
    • Step to the left side in four counts as your right foot cross behind the left.
  • Sequence:
    1. Step to the side with your left foot
    2. Bring the right foot behind the left foot
    3. Step to the side with your left foot again
    4. Step to the side with your right foot, bringing it next to the left one
  • Notes:
    • This basic move is used in all types of aerobics. Feet start and end together.
    • You can reverse this to traverse to the right
    • A knee strike or hamstring can be added at each end of the move
