If your certification is current, you can order replacement certification cards and a certificate. The card is self-laminating and the certificate is the same as the original 3 color print with a crisp seal and your name printed in a script font on 80lb cardstock.

Your Card and Certificate will be mailed within 72 hours. The cost is $25 US and will be sent by First Class Mail (US and Canada only). Or, you can send a check or Money Order (allow 3 to 4 weeks) with your CI number to the address below. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks regardless of the reason.
