This form generates an Adobe™ PDF of your certificate and will be sent immediately to the email address that was entered on the exam form. Once you receive the email, save the attachment to your desktop and print it to your printer. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your SPAM folder. Make sure that you enter your name exactly as you entered it on the exam form.
Please allow 24 hours from the time that you certified for this database to be updated in order for you to retrieve a certificate. If you mailed in a payment, then please allow 3 to 4 weeks.
