- Empty stance, left side forward
- Description:
- Offense front punch follwed with back punch followed by a front ridge hand
- Sequence:
- Empty stance left side forward
- Do an offensive front punch back punch
- Do a defensive front ridge hand while pivoting
- Turn, empty stance, right side forward, yell
- Do an offensive front punch back punch
- Do a defensive front ridge hand
- Turn and yell
- Notes:
- Don't forget to pivot all the way on back punch and ridge hand. Always step towards the side you are forward.
