Hannah's Kickboxing Combo
- Description:
- It's a great warm up exersise, no need for equipment .... Front kicks both legs, step ball change (Cha Cha Cha) ... keep arms punching!
- Sequence:
- Fighting stance, left foot in front
- front kick with your right foot
- along with the kick a left arm punch.
- step ball change with your feet
- keep arms punching
- now your hopefully in a fighting stance with R back
- Kick with arm as you punch with left...
- kickball change etc etc...imp. keep arms punching
- Notes:
- You keep your whole body moving, it's a great exercise for your whole body ... along with your head!
