Hi Lo Combo Jo


  • Start Position:
    • Left side "On Guard" Position
  • Description:
    • A fun little 8-count combo. It can be done in a high guard or a wide stance low guard. Stay light on the feet and turn the body on #5 & #7.
  • Sequence:
    1. Left Jab
    2. Right cross
    3. Left upper cut
    4. Right upper cut
    5. Twist body and do a left "High" 45degree backfist....
    6. Drop body and do a left "Low" 45degree backfist....
    7. Twist body and do a right "High" 45degree backfist....
    8. Drop body and do a right "High" 45degree backfist....
  • Notes:
    • You can start out the class doing just #'s 1-4 then stack on #5-8.
    • Plus start off at half-tempo then crank it to double time for 2 minutes after about 3 minutes!
