Jumpin Jack Flash
- Description:
- A good heart rate riser. It consists of a skip rope jump with a jumping jack punch
- Sequence:
- Start with a normal skipping rope jump (no rope) x8
- Jump forward then back x8
- Now jumpingjack but punch forward on leg seperation x8
- Repeat steps 2 & 3 until fatigue
- Notes:

- To intensify the above you could add a 4 point front kick at the end of step 3
