  • Start Position:
    • Right leg forward
  • Description:
    • Knee, side kick, left cross, hook, 3 roundhouse kicks, left cross
  • Sequence:
    1. Knee strike
    2. Side Kick
    3. Left Cross punch
    4. Hook punch
    5. 3 Roundhouse kicks
    6. Left Cross punch
  • Notes:
    • Knee strike, side kick and left cross punch are done to the side. On the hook punch turn your body so you're right side is facing the front of the room, then do the roundhouse kicks and left cross.
