Side-Step Jab and Kick
- Description:
- Step to the left followed by a lead jab. Step to the right followed by a lead jab. Follow by two front kick then two side kicks.
- Sequence:
- Step to the left and left jab.
- Return to starting position.
- Step to the right and right jab.
- Return to starting position.
- Left Front Kick.
- Right Front Kick.
- Left Side Kick.
- Right Side Kick.
- Notes:
- Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
- Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
- Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
- Slightly lean back on front kick only enough for balance.
- Front Kick strikes with the ball of the foot.
