Grapevine and Side Kick


  • Start Position:
    • Front fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Grapevine to the left followed by two complete lead leg side kicks.
  • Sequence:
    1. Grapevine to the left.
    2. Right Side Kick.
    3. Grapevine to the right
    4. Left Side Kick.
  • Notes:
    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
    • Slight rotation of hip to point toes down.
