Kick and Knee Strike


  • Start Position:
    • Right fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Knee Strike with lead leg followed by a Front Kick with the rear leg.
  • Sequence:
    1. Front kick with rear leg.
    2. Return to start position.
    3. Knee Strike with lead leg.
    4. Return to start position.
  • Notes:
    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
