Front and Side Kick
- Description:
- Alternating Front Kicks followed by alternating Side Kicks.
- Sequence:
- Right Front Kick.
- Return to start position
- Left Front Kick.
- Return to start position
- Right Side kick.
- Return to start position
- Left Side Kick.
- Return to start position
- Notes:
- Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
- Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
