Kick-Block and Cross
- Description:
- Alternate Front Kicks followed by alternate Outside Middle Blocks then alternate Cross Punches.
- Sequence:
- Left Front Kick.
- Return to start position
- Right Front Kick.
- Return to start position
- Left Outside Middle Block.
- Right Outside Middle Block.
- Left Cross.
- Right Cross.
- Notes:
- Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
- Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
- For Blocks keep fist tight, palm facing inward.
- Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
