Push Kick and Block
- Description:
- Left Push Kick then place foot back at starting position and execute a Right Middle Block. Repeat for the right side with a Right Push Kick and a Left Middle Block.
- Sequence:
- Left Push Kick.
- Return to start position.
- Right Middle Block.
- Return to start position.
- Right Push Kick.
- Return to start position.
- Left Middle Block.
- Return to start position.
- Notes:
- Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
- Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
