Mam-bo Combo
- Description:
- Full upper and lower body combination including arms, legs and jumps
- Sequence:
- hands up in sparring stance
- jab punch
- cross punch
- right hook punch-left hook punch
- right uppercut-left uppercut
- front kick
- back kick
- jump front kick (advanced: jump round kick)
- Notes:
- This is a challenging combination, but also not too difficult for beginners. You can use either side of the body and extend this through almost 5-7 minutes of work. The speed can vary depending on the experience of the class and it gives a feel of being in a Martial arts setting by using diverse movements for one track.
