    • Face Bench
  • Description:
    • Basic step with a pivot, great as a warmup move or to put in an intense sequence as a breather move
  • Sequence:
    1. 4X Basic Right
    2. 1X Pivot on right foot - left knee up - left foot lands
    3. Facing rear - right foot down
    4. 1x Basic Left
    5. 1x Pivot on left foot - right knee up - right foot land
    6. Facing front of bench - left foot down
    7. 1 Basic Right
    8. 4x Basic Left to start other side
