Step and Lunge
- Start Position:
- Centered in front of the board.
- Description:
- Basic step with rear lunge.
- Sequence:
- Step up on board with right foot
- Step up on board with left foot - placed next to right foot
- Rear lunge off the board with right foot
- Bring right foot back onto the board
- Rear lunge off the board with left foot
- Bring left foot back onto board
- Step down onto floor with right foot
- Step down onto floor with left foot
- Notes:
- This move should be started with a tap down first transitioning to an increasing lunge.
- Hand weights may be used only with this move to increase intensity.
