Straddle Down
- Start Position:
- In front of the board, facing left.
- Description:
- Knee lift straddle, return to the side.
- Sequence:
- Step up on board with right foot
- Raise left knee
- Place left foot on floor to the left of the board again
- Place right foot on floor to the right of the board
(You are now straddling the board)
- Step on board with left foot
- Step on board with right foot
- Bring left foot down to the floor to the left of the board
- Bring right foot down to the floor to the left of the board
- Notes:
- You can reverse this move to face the opposite direction and step up with the left foot
