Super X-Step


  • Start Position:
    • Front of board, right side, facing right.
  • Description:
    • Three knees on one side (right, center, left). Diagonal across and same on the other side.
  • Sequence:
    1. Step up on the board with left foot (at board right, facing left)
    2. Bring the right knee up
    3. Place right foot back down at board center
    4. Bring left foot down next to right (now at board center)
    5. Step up at center board with left foot
    6. Bring the right knee up
    7. Place right foot down at board left
    8. Bring left foot down next to right (now at board left)
    9. Step up on board at board left foot
    10. Bring the right knee up
    11. Place right foot down at board left
    12. Bring left foot down next to right (now at board left)
    13. Step up on center board with left foot
    14. Diagonally cross over to opposite side
    15. Repeat sequence on other side

    • This move can be donw using knees, abductors, hamstring, kicks, etc.
