T-Step
- Description:
- straddle step bring fett together on step and step of back of step
- Sequence:
- both feet on top of step
- straddle the step right foot first the left foot
- bring right foot back to center step
- left foot back to the right foot
- with right foot step off the back of step
- left foot off the back of step
- bring right foot back up to repeat again
- Notes:
