T-Step


  • Start Position:
    • both feet on top of step
  • Description:
    • straddle step bring fett together on step and step of back of step
  • Sequence:
    1. both feet on top of step
    2. straddle the step right foot first the left foot
    3. bring right foot back to center step
    4. left foot back to the right foot
    5. with right foot step off the back of step
    6. left foot off the back of step
    7. bring right foot back up to repeat again
