STAIR STEPPER - Machine (Cardiovascular)
TARGET MUSCLES:
- Quadriceps (Legs)
- Calves (Legs)
- Hamstrings (Legs)
START POSITION:
- Set the machine for light to medium intensity in the beginning
- Set the duration between 15 to 30 minutes.
PROCEDURE:
- This is a good low impact exercise for increasing cardiovascular endurance.
- It also develops strength in the upper and lower legs muscles.
- Increase intensity and duration by no more than 10% per week.
