Jab-Cross and Kick
- Description:
- Left front kick and a left jab right cross combo followed by an alternate side repeat of a right jab left cross combo and a right front kick.
- Sequence:
- Left Front Kick.
- Return to start position
- Left Jab.
- Right Cross.
- Right Jab.
- Left Cross
- Right Front Kick.
- Return to start position
- Notes:
- Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
- Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
- Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
