Squat Kicks
- Start Position:
- Legs shoulder width apart. Fists in front of chin.
- Sequence:
- Squat and hold for a moment.
- Back to starting position and kick with left leg.
- Squat and hold for a moment.
- Back to starting position and kick with right leg.
- Repeat.
- Notes:
- If you squat don't stop in the middle go all the way down.
- If you stop in the middle your knees act as a brake and we all know what happens to brakes.
